I am a private sector engagement specialist and seasoned project manager with a passion for cross-sector collaboration to address pressing development challenges. I bring twelve years of experience managing projects in emerging markets for a range of clients including USAID and other bilateral government agencies, as well as private sector companies. At Resonance, I lead teams in identifying, developing and implementing multi-stakeholder partnerships that increase supply chain transparency; promote responsible recruitment, worker voice and fair labor; cultivate young entrepreneurs; connect youth to skill-building and employment opportunities; and improve education outcomes in communities. I also advise clients on strategy and execution to catalyze, streamline and implement approaches to private sector engagement and cross-sector collaboration. I am a skilled facilitator, team leader, and writer with robust experience in both project management and technical assignments.
