I began my career as cabin crew with Ryanair, where I developed resilience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. I then joined Accenture, where I spent a year working in trust and safety, followed by two years in customer service, supporting clients with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism. What sets me apart is my adaptability, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset that helps me stay calm and solution-oriented—even in fast-paced, challenging settings. I’m fluent in both Italian and English (C2 certified), and I hold an ECDL certification that supports my comfort with digital tools and systems.
