As a facilitator and executive coach at Bendelta, I design and deliver transformative, creative, immersive leadership programs to a vast range of renowned organisations with a particular focus on women in leadership. I equip individuals and teams with the tools to develop skills and mindsets necessary to confidently pursue their goals. Why leadership? My journey across diverse professions has shaped my understanding of leadership: As a young Registered Nurse I lacked the support and development I needed to thrive in hospitals and clinics often did not realise it was ok to ask for it. As an actor on stage and screen, the leaders who inspired me (whether actors, directors, stage managers etc) were the ones who were able to communicate with authenticity and a sense of mutual respect. As a yoga teacher, I discovered that understanding the principles of strength, flexibility and balance is not enough – we must practice it ourselves. These experiences have fuelled my commitment to creating psychologically safe spaces where anyone can practice inclusive leadership, communicate with authenticity, and turn knowledge into action. We do this through daily 'rehearsal', mistakes, growth, vulnerability, development and front row seats to the best reality show of all time.
