Anna Chiarini along with her husband, Chef Gianfranco Chiarini, have earned the title of one of the most diverse chefs globally. Both are creators and owners of Chiarini Culinary Consultants. An innovative culinary consultancy company with focus on Restaurants, R&D + Healthy Eating Habits. Her activities range from restaurant & hotel openings to R&D for the retail. She is a book writer, restaurateur, expert on healthy food & nutrition and global consultant. Together with her husband she owns The Universal Chefs' Alliance, a private chef network with thousands of members around the world and over followers in their Official Facebook Fan Club. Additionally published and interviewed in more than 20 magazines in 10+ countries, she has been spokeswoman and advocator for female chefs and the global role of women in healthy culinary at The World Chefs Summit in Monaco, Monte Carlo. From Polish and Italian origins she grew up between Poland, Italy and Germany. She graduated with a two Master Degrees from the University of Hamburg, Germany. Her brand "I Eat Healthy" is dedicated to everybody who eats or wants to start eating healthy, to everyone on a diet, suffering from food allergies, health restrictions or simply enjoying the pleasures of healthy lifestyle. She has been along with her company Chiarini Culinary Consultants personally involved in the management, menu designing, prototype and product development, as well as the opening of luxury hotels, culinary centers and many restaurants in the U.S.A, Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Italy, Netherlands, France, Belgium, United Kingdom, Spain, Czech Republic, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Lebanon, Qatar, Dubai, Jordan, Egypt, South Africa, Indonesia, Ethiopia, Turkey, Hong Kong, India, Bahamas, Trinidad & Tobago, Bolivia and Poland.
