About Anna Chick

I am a fish to water when it comes to learning new systems and processes. I have experience with Salesforce, IEX, Quickbooks, ININ, Microsoft Office programs, Avaya, ACSR systems, Skype Business, and Peoplesoft. My experiences range from inbound technical support, sales, customer service, and collections agent. I have a passion for customer service and helping people. I love a position that allows me to be a viable part of the business. I want to become a part of the company and consider it my career home. My vision of a great company is one with real values and put there customers at the head of their agenda. Realizing the customers are more than just numbers on a spreadsheet or an amount of calls taken per agent per day. They are the foundation that holds the business together, because without them there would be no bottom line.
