About Anna Chung

I have a multitude of skills, knowledge and professional experience. I'm known to be a multipotentialite and offer a unique perspective on various industries and subjects from my diverse range of interests and passions. I currently work in digital systems project management, assisting with the development of digital products and services in allied health. Alongside this, I run a tutoring and coaching business for migrant professionals, assisting with their English requirements, communication skills, business English and proofreading. I mentor migrant professionals who struggle to thrive in a foreign business environment where communication can be intimidating, helping them through challenging situations where they may feel culturally disadvantaged or excluded. I specialise in English tests for migration or professional registration purposes (IELTS, PTE, OET, GAMSAT, ISLPR), career skills and academic writing. I spend most of my time supporting adults in having the right mindset to effortlessly achieve their highest potential to communicate authenticity and great ideas in all aspects of their life. I encourage individual self-expression, creativity and self-development through the power of voice, body language and words. Our unique personalities shape our businesses, our behaviours and relationships; language plays a pivotal role in any transformation. In addition, I am a technical writer, creating technical specifications, proofreading/editing academic or business documentation as well as provide training on writing for non-native English speakers. In the past, I have worked in IT project management, IT training, web development, CRM and CMS development, database design and programming, multimedia and graphic design, marketing and events. I have a breadth of experience from various different industries and sizes of companies, both profit driven and non-profit. Outside of work, I regularly volunteer on a weekly basis in the outdoors as a hike leader and adventure guide as well as in mental health projects. I have a keen interest in non-profit organisations around the world, supporting communities with projects in wellness, mental and physical health, psychotherapy, traditional and ancient medicine, as well as sustainability, eco-tourism, construction projects using recycled materials in developing countries, organic farming, permaculture, and promoting better health and education in our communities.
