Hi, I am highly experienced Global Category Manager and Stakeholders Manager in Purchasing area since 10 years. I was leading multicultural 5 people team and managed 53 mio USD budget globally. I am a part of 12 people Global Purchasing Team where I negotiate and run global RFPs, take part in creating material field strategy and manage stakeholders relations and needs. I am an expert in Professional Services Procurement and Supply Chain Management with the interest in searching for new agile solutions and better products/ service creation. I can work independently with a high energy level on very responsible tasks but as well I enjoy working in multicultural teams, share experience and support global projects and initiatives. I am experienced in change management, data analysis, process improvement, S2C, P2P, global sourcing, strategy implementation and in project management. I think in an abstract style to deliver ideas which can help my employer. I am courageous to challenge myself and others and discuss status quo. As an open-minded person I am always willing to take part in every company project, try new areas out of comfort zone, voluntarily take part in numerous activities and develop my skills. I am curious about the world and open to acquire new knowledge.
