I am a Board-Certified Registered Nurse focused on monitoring patient's condition, assessing needs, and devising individualized care plans. I am driven to develop successful improvements by applying advance knowledge and resources that satisfy patients and meet demanding objectives. I have a first-rate attention to detail and a creative mindset. I am resourceful and an adaptive team builder. As a registered nurse I have developed a series of practices that best delivers high-quality results. With an expansive background in patient assessments, my harnessing power of evaluating patient’s progress has been instrumental in providing support and education to patient and families. Self-driven, strong, and enthusiastic are just three words that best describe me. One of my most notable achievements is evaluating intensive care patients, recognizing complications, administering care, and coordinating with other members of the critical care team. With regards to patient satisfaction, I meet and exceed by way of hard work and dedication. I hold a Master of Science Degree in Nursing in Executive Leadership, Management and Research from Anderson College of Nursing and Health Professions, University of North Alabama. I also hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Loewenberg College of Nursing, University of Memphis, Lambuth.
