Early in my career, I worked in Galiwin’ku, a remote Indigenous community in the Northern Territory, where I led the lower primary section of the school. This pivotal experience shaped my expertise in culturally responsive teaching and innovative education strategies, further enhancing my ability to identify and address systemic challenges in diverse settings. Specialising in pedagogy, teacher and school leader quality, and system design, I excel in identifying opportunities for improvement and crafting contextually relevant, evidence-based solutions. Over the past five years at the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL), I have led international engagement efforts, cultivating global partnerships and delivering impactful policy solutions that influence education systems worldwide.
