About Anna Cook

I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in Ontario with over twenty years of experience in rehabilitation, mental health, applied behaviour analysis (ABA), and social services. I currently serve as the Director of Services at Willowbridge Community Services, a non-profit agency dedicated to empowering individuals, strengthening families, and fostering inclusive communities. My professional background has been rooted in supporting individuals with disabilities, including those impacted by brain injuries, neurodiversity, and mental health challenges. This experience has shaped my commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered services while ensuring strong quality assurance measures. As Director of Services, I provide strategic leadership and oversight of programs that support individuals with disabilities and mental health needs. I work to enhance service delivery, quality improvement, and organizational development, ensuring that programs are evidence-based, inclusive, and responsive to community needs. Within my private counseling practice, The Robin's Wing, I offer individual and couple therapy, drawing from a diverse, attachment-based framework that integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and relational and family systems approaches. I am committed to fostering a secure, supportive therapeutic environment where clients can explore relationships, patterns, and emotional experiences with compassion, self-awareness, and empowerment. Throughout my career, I have been driven by a deep commitment to enhancing the well-being and quality of life of those I serve. My approach is rooted in authenticity, compassion, and a client-centered ethos, recognizing and valuing the inherent strength and resilience of each individual.
