I’m a SaaS professional specializing in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) with over a decade of experience spanning customer excellence, organizational development, and business development in both enterprise and startup environments. My journey has taken me through hospitality, operations, and most recently into the world of GRC, where I've discovered a passion for aligning people, processes, and technology to drive measurable success, faster and more seamlessly. At AuditBoard, I’ve managed a $15M+ book of business, generated $5.5M in ARR, and ranked in the top 15% of the Business Development team. All while championing cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering. As a Lead Culture Committee Member, I’ve also helped plan initiatives that connect employees with philanthropic causes, reinforcing a mission-driven remote workplace culture. Before diving into GRC, I honed my skills at Marriott's W Hotel where I delivered high-touch support to VIP guests. Driving over $264k+ in upsells while maintaining a consistent 12% increase in loyalty program engagement. This experience taught me the importance of understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions, a lesson that continues to guide my approach today.
