About Anna de Molina

I am an experienced Project Manager specialized in launching new products to national and international markets in the Food sector, in business to business and business to consumer setting. Responsible for ensuring innovative projects are delivered on time, within budget and up to quality expectations together with a multidisciplinary and intercultural team. Throughout the years I gained experience in R&D as product developer and team manager, project portfolio manager and marketing. Passionate about consumer insights and identifying customer needs which combines well with my good sense in business. My entrepreneur mindset makes me continuously see opportunities for new or improved products, recipes and packagings. As in 2014-2015 I followed the Future Leader Program of FrieslandCampina, I have been encouraged to develop my professional career in a fast track.
