About Anna Devlin

Anna is a passionate people leader, having held multiple roles across Lloyds Banking Group which have involved high levels of organisation and stakeholder management. Anna quickly develops SME knowledge within a business area, engendering the confidence of stakeholders in her ability to identify and understand issues and requirements. Anna’s key strengths are communication skills, organisation and an ability to maintain a calm demeanour under pressure, delivering work to an excellent standard in short spaces of time. She also remains customer and colleague focussed, playing a key role in ensuring Lloyds Banking Group is the best bank for customers. Anna joined the organisation on the graduate scheme in 2017, where she built a strong reputation across the business and has since held leadership positions in both the Risk & Retail Divisions, covering colleague engagement, culture, recruitment and learning & development. Her key achievements in the role so far- Launched a 'Risk Leaders of the Future' Line Manager development programme for c. 450 Line Managers, supporting the Group to meet its strategic ambitions of creating a 'modern workforce' to enable us to become a 'bank of the future'- Created a Talent Database within the Risk Division, supporting the organisation to monitor c.100 colleagues identified as talent to ensure they are retained and given sufficient opportunities to develop and progress within the business - Led the roll-out and ongoing management of the Performance Management system across the Risk Division, ensuring colleagues were engaged, motivated and supported to perform and their best
