About Anna Edlund

I'm Anna, a global learning and development professional from Seattle. My professional experience centers on bridging the gap between human-centered learning and corporate success. I've shifted gears from developing content for ESL students to driving training initiatives across the mobility, energy, and legal industries. In the last five years, I've designed blended learning solutions for clients across Asia, Europe, and North America. I'm particularly passionate about creative solutions that engage cross-cultural perspectives; my proudest work has been with executives, expatriates, and trainers at multinational corporations. In my current role, I lead development initiatives, spearhead organizational change, and design learning solutions to drive internal growth within the airline industry. When I'm not crafting innovative learning solutions, you can find me huffing up the nearest mountain, brushing up on my Korean grammar, or buried under a stack of poetry books.
