Experienced, ambitious and service-minded Executive Assistant. Work well under stress, used to handle daily tasks in an office as well as plan, arrange and carry through meeting arrangements in Sweden as well as internationally. Easily pick up on new techniques, eager to learn, a good listener and have a good eye for lay-out and texts. Realistic, optimistic and flexible! I get things done quickly and with a smile. I enjoy interacting with people, and see the power and creativity that can arise when inspiring each other to find common approaches and creative solutions. I am a good team-player who finds it easy to work and communicate with people at different levels in a company. My strengths include service, communication, logistics and production of presentation materials. I also have a strong interest and ability to learn new skills within IT. My goal in working life and in private life is that they harmonize and complement each other – it is important to feel that I develop as a person as well as an employee. Feeling pride in the company I work in, and believe in its values are also important aspects. Key to me is keeping a high service level to all concerned and have lots to do, this gives a flexible and interesting day where one day is not like the next– I work best when I feel that my input makes a difference!
