About Anna Fallieras

Anna Fallieras is the chief operating officer for Optum Growth. In this role, she is responsible for delivering best practice programs, strategic initiatives, and sales enablement tools, technology, and support to drive profitable growth and client retention across the enterprise. Anna has over 25 years of experience spanning corporate and market strategy, coalition-building, initiative development, large scale operations and health policy. Prior to joining Optum in June 2021, Anna was the chief operating officer for Centene’s east region. Before joining Centene, Anna spent more than a decade at GE as the corporate leader for health care initiatives and policy. She has held strategic account and product roles at UnitedHealthcare, consulted with state Medicaid agencies and was Maryland’s deputy chief of staff for Medicaid. Earlier in her career she worked at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and served as a congressional fellow to Senator Edward M. Kennedy in the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Public Administration from the Ohio State University and a Master of Public Health from the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health.
