When I set up my own consultancy (The Engaging Brand), social media was relatively new (2005). I was confused about the best tools to promote and indeed, grow my business. Almost a decade later social media has become my most powerful platform for relationship building, awareness and turning ideas into sales. And through The Engaging Brand I helped almost businesses to understand how social marketing and social media could help grow their small business. After taking a break in 2016 to take care of a family member, I met Samuel Barrington of and just loved his enthusiasm and vision of helping care professionals, care providers and care providers. In fact loved his company and CQP membership hub so much Idecided to buy into his vision and starting to work on expanding the Care Quality Professional membership site ( https://cqp.org.uk) to support the care professionals even more.
