I am known for my drive and commitment with proven success operating in a complex multi-faceted organisations.I am passionate in my constant and deliberate effort to build and sustain a just culture that focuses onsafety through the system design,continuous learning and reflection. I have extensive experience in the management and oversight of serious investigations and complaints that include look back reviews patient and product recall. I also chair a number of high level investigation and act as subject matter expert on data protection, human factors methodology and provide guidance on fair procedure and due process.I work to achieve significant, sustainable advances in quality improvement and performance whilst simultaneously achieving key performance metrics I am results and deadline driven with good judgment and problem solving ability. I strongly promote a proactive risk management approach and coach mentor and encourage resilience and innovation in my team.
