About Anna Gailey

I am a very ambitious person, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines. I take pride in my work; hence I have a high attention to detail as well as being a friendly, reliable, honest and hardworking individual. With my background, I also bring to the table strong HR Policies skills (both written and verbal), as well as an understand and desire to continue learning about employment law and how employers can navigate it. My greatest strength is to be flexible and adaptive, with the ability to adapt to any situation that arises. I enjoy what I do, and take a lot of pride in my abilities to connect with employees and establish a level of trust from day one. I enjoy bringing my hobbies and interests to work and find way to use them to create unique training opportunities. Need a team building exercise? Try a session of Dungeons and Dragons. Want your team to feel accomplished in a time where everything seems overwhelming? Simple and interesting Lego sets. Need to work out some stress and add some laughter to the office? Break out the Mario Kart or Super Smash Bros. Someone on your team really wants to read a particular book but doesn't feel like they have time? Time to introduce and encourage audiobooks.
