As a Sales Operations Specialist within the Preem Special Fuels department, I provide essential support to Key Account Managers and the sales leadership team. My key responsibilities include: Leading the development of business setups for new opportunities in systems, logistics, and products. Managing customer reports, conducting supplier reviews, and ensuring timely updates in customer portals. Overseeing both internal and external product and logistics arrangements to optimize efficiency. Coordinating safety data sheets, certifications, customs, and tax matters to ensure compliance within Special Fuels. Providing second-line support for order reception when needed to maintain high service levels. Leading process development initiatives for SF in collaboration with the Special Fuels manager. I drive projects and improvement initiatives within Special Fuels, serve as a reliable backup for KAM SF, and provide qualified support to the sales manager/KAM through detailed analyses, investigations, and the preparation of bids/offers, both nationally and internationally. Additionally, I am responsible for developing new product codes in consultation with other parties within SF and Preem. I also coordinate and drive the Specilal Fuels process map to ensure seamless operations.
