About Anna Garvey

I am a process engineer turned business lead working for Linde Gases in the USA, supporting the development and execution of industrial gas projects up to ~$100MM in capex. During a proposal, I am often the translator between the customer, sales, and engineering, to help define the scope and drive toward efficient solutions. In parallel, I am responsible for translating the engineering capex into a financial model to propose pricing based on the competitive landscape. During projects, I am responsible managing risk, responding to customer needs, and supporting the project team to design to the contract requirements. I enjoy being part of the industrial gas industry which quietly supports every other market. I am passionate about seeking optimized solutions and believe that it is our responsibility to continue learning in order to deliver our best possible products in terms of efficiency and safety.
