More than 10 years worked as a Leading Engineer High Voltage Insulation Department for Advanced Insulation Research at Electrosila Plant, Power Machines, PJSC, St. Petersburg, Russia. Research, and control of rotating electric machines with a wide range of voltage rates (from several volts up to the maximal operating volts of 27 kV). Developed and researched new rotor and stator insulation systems.Last 10 years works in the USA as an R&D HV insulation Lab manager. Responsible for all R&D development including advanced insulation material development and testing techniques. Also was the design engineer of the stator winding, stator core, and laminations.For the last 2 years also is holding the responsibilities of QA Department manager. Provide high-level electrical engineering technical support to the design and manufacturing processes for high-voltage windings.For the last 10 years is a member of Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society and Standards Association. Was the chair of the PES EMC - Materials Subcommittee, for the last two years. Participate in working groups for standards such as 1310, 1553, 1043, 1799, 97, 286, 2465, P3149, 43, 56, 434. Vice President for DIES EIC conference in 2022 and 2023.Works well in team environments, displays strong work ethic and high responsibility level.
