About Anna Gibilisco

One of my first memories in school, is going to a parent teacher conferences and having my teacher tell my parents,"Anna is definitely one of my most talkative, no matter where I move her in class she finds a way to talk!" Throughout my life I have developed this art of being able to communicate with anyone at any given time and more importantly CONNECT with them. In my role where I manage onboarding, learning, and development - I am able to do this by connecting with people from day 1 of their job and continuing to push their knowledge throughout their career through continuing education opportunities. At the end of the day, my job involves people. We're complicated, we're always changing, we have millions of things going on in our lives. So what matters to me is to create effective ways for my employees to feel heard and like they have the resources and opportunities to be their best. In my free time you might find me: listening to audio books and podcasts, playing video or tabletop games, at Walt Disney World, reading at the library, or at a concert with friends.
