About Anna Glagoleva

I’m a management consultant from Accenture Russia with over 5 years of experience in consulting and project delivery. I specialize in cost optimization programs (operational expenses, headcount reduction, business cases preparation), business processes re-design, including SSCs and Centers of Excellence set up and Change Management I have started my career at Accenture in the end of 2016 as an Analyst and was promoted to Consultant in 2019. During my time with Accenture I have worked with local Russian and international companies and also participated in large international projects. My main focus industries are CPG, Retail, Pharma and Telecom. I have experience in classic project delivery approaches and implementation of Design Thinking and FORM methodologies. I am a graduate from the University of Exeter and have achieved a 2:1 Award in the Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with Management and the Proficiency in Spanish, extending my module selection to achieve proficiencies in Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Finance and Event Management alongside with the extra curriculum activities such as an active participation in Societies and Sports.
