After over 8 years of experience on various positions at Accent Jobs and CTRL-F, I have received a chance to become a part of Digital Talent Hunters team within House of HR. This division meet the increasing demand of talents on a Belgian market. Within DTH I assist the candidates open for new opportunities in finding a new challenge within HR sector Due to my extended experience in HR sector I have decided to put my focus on HR profiles and, by sharing my own expertise, to lead the candidates to their dream position withing this domein. As a very ambitious person, driven to extend my knowledge and improve my qualifications, I am very happy with this new challenge and I look forward to meeting you on a digital interview- “The war for talent is over, talent has won.” In an HR market that is constantly changing, we as digital experts are convinced of an innovative strategy. Candidate centricity is key and talent is our top priority. This translates into our approach as connecting the dots. This in the meantime in 12 sectors, each with specialized recruiters. To find the appropriate new challenge for our talent, we work together with various divisions within House of HR.
