About Anna Gohmann

For the past decade, I’ve had the opportunity to build and scale within a Fortune 50 environment — navigating complexity, aligning teams, and helping big ideas actually become real.I’m a strategy and operations leader by title, but at heart I’m a builder. I’m energized by messy problems, cross-functional collaboration, and the work of turning ambiguity into clarity. Some of my best work has come from sitting at the intersection of competing priorities and helping leaders move forward with focus and confidence. What I’ve learned over the years is that great operations isn’t just about efficiency — it’s about trust. It’s about creating systems that support people, not constrain them. I care deeply about thoughtful execution, strong teams, and organizations that are aligned not just on strategy, but on purpose. As I close a meaningful 10-year chapter, I’m taking time to be intentional about what comes next. I’m exploring senior operations and strategy roles in Salt Lake City — across startups, established tech companies, and mission-driven organizations. I’m especially drawn to teams that are building something ambitious and need clarity, structure, and momentum. If you’re scaling, evolving, or wrestling with complexity, I’d love to connect.
