I believe midlife isn’t a crisis — it’s a launch. After 25+ years in career development and 10+ years in fitness leadership, I’ve learned that confidence is built through. Whether I’m helping a woman design her next chapter or helping an organization re-engage its midlife talent, my mission is the same: to help people own their value, find their spark, and STRUT (wink) toward what’s next. I’m a self-proclaimed champion, cheerleader, and mountain mover who lives for those “aha!” moments — the spark when someone recognizes their own brilliance.
