I’m a graduate of Wake Forest University, where I majored in Politics & International Affairs and Philosophy with a focus on international security, irregular and hybrid warfare, and strategic competition in a multipolar world. Most recently, I served in the U.S. House of Representatives as a Congressional Intern in the office of Speaker Mike Johnson. In this role, I supported the Speaker’s National Security Advisor by tracking U.S. foreign arms sales and analyzing their long-term strategic implications for defense readiness. I also prepared markup notes and attended committee meetings- contributing to informed policy decisions at the highest level of congressional leadership. My previous experience as a Foreign Policy Intern in the U.S. Senate involved supporting legislative research on defense strategy, global conflict, and diplomatic engagement. Additionally, I worked as a Research Assistant on a geopolitical study examining India’s strategic behavior amid shifting global dynamics. I analyzed its voting patterns at the UN, its economic and defense ties with Russia, and how its foreign policy reflects broader Global South realignment, grounded in post-colonial autonomy, non-alignment, and multipolar aspirations. I also serve as a President’s Aide at Wake Forest, helping bridge communication between students and university leadership, and have led student-driven initiatives in collaboration with philanthropic organizations to promote campus and community engagement. I’m passionate about turning complex research into actionable insights and contributing to strategic thinking on global security, diplomacy, and great-power competition.
