About Anna Green

I am deeply fascinated by the changing world we live in. Over the years, my values have led me to question the way we are growing as developed societies and have inspired me to learn about how we can do this in a more sustainable way, and having more fun too! I am inspired to make a difference in a very pragmatic way. I'd love to understand how to shift underlying behavioural choices and nudge people into a more caring, sharing circular economy and lifestyle. As part of my venue sourcing business, negotiating corporate event contracts with hotel chains globally, I’ve seen how corporate and association business functions all over the world. On a recent trip to Norway, for example, I was left in awe of their forward-thinking policies with regards to energy, traffic management, education, working hours and work-life balance. I have spent time volunteering on projects in Auroville (a settlement in S. India) on both a reforestation project (2008) and for a consultancy who specialize in Sustainable Development. I love dancing and am trained as an Ecstatic Dance Temple facilitator. This means creating a safe space for people to let go physically, without drugs or alcohol, and work with their emotions to find inner peace, or at least more awareness of where they are on the journey of life and feel more connected to themselves, each other in community and the world we live in.
