About Anna Greig

I am hard-working, efficient, flexible and a lifelong learner who thrives on being stretched to new challenges. I am also a facilitator and coordinator, and this enables me to effectively engage with a range of stakeholders collaboratively to explore issues and find solutions. I am passionate about quality improvement, improvement science and innovation. I love the challenge of change management and bringing people on the quality journey, promoting an attitude of curiosity and opportunity around identifying gaps and solutions develop and ultimately realising we can always improve. Equally I enjoy planning, process and evaluation - a well devised plan and appropriate process makes all the difference. I feel one of my strengths is I can quickly build rapport with a range of people to progress complex projects. I also have strong perseverance and patience to aid in change management activities and addressing ‘wicked problems’ often placed in the ‘too hard’ basket.
