About Anna Greppi

I am a dedicated scientist with over 10 years of international research experience at the intersection of food and human health. I study the impact of foods and nutrients on the gut microbiome of the host, and how this possibly impacts host health. My expertise includes managing projects and labs, creating and developing innovative projects, writing grants and scientific papers, leading research teams and mentoring students. I am passionate about contributing to meaningful initiatives, particularly in food safety, security, and nutrition, with a focus on improving lives in low- and middle-income countries globally. As a dynamic, open-minded team player, I approach challenges with a goal-oriented mindset, exploring diverse solutions. I enjoy sharing knowledge and fostering learning through data dissemination and teaching.
