I oversee the delivery of high-quality services and solutions to our clients. I leverage my corporate communications expertise to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders, coordinate workflow processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.I have a strong background in mass communication and media studies, which I obtained from Sam Houston State University, where I graduated with a BA degree. I applied the communication skills learned in the classroom to the real world by working in the restaurant industry throughout my high school and college career. This experience prepared me to thrive in high-stress situations, to pay attention to detail, and to balance work, life, and education. I am passionate about problem-solving, team leadership, and continuous learning, and I aim to pursue further professional development in the insurance and risk management field.
