I established and ran the digital agency Deasign in Finland in 2009 and Russia in 2011 as CEO. Between 2012 and 2017, I was the CEO of the digital agency Fröjd, which supports clients such as Visit Sweden, American Express, Swedish Institute and Sweco with their digital transformation, strategy and execution. Fröjd was awarded for being one of Sweden’s best employers (awarded by Great Place To Work), having the most satisfied clients (2nd place in Agency of the year 2016) and the highest operating margin among Swedish digital agencies (Resumé Insikt 2017).
