About Anna Hagsten

I´m a driven and collaborative person with a sense of humor, who takes work seriously with a focus on getting the job done with quality. I have more than 10 years experience from working within the Purchase to Pay area (P2P) in a global and cross functional environment. During this time I have held many different positions and I´m experienced in- Purchase to pay (P2P) process - Business Process Outsourcing management/governance (BPO)- Robotic Process Automation (RPA)- Master data management - ERP Systems (SAP ARIBA, SAP SRM, MDM catalogue, Business Warehouse, Basware)- System/process implementation - Cross functional team leadership I find that I'm a great asset to the organization in any project or improvement activity since I make an effort to understand and ensure that the project members share a common understanding what is to be achieved. I also pay attention to the details. These qualities have been key in the many improvement projects I have been driving; such as global system enhancements, process optimizations, tool implementations, master data management/BI enhancements. I´m used to an ever changing work environment where I get to learn new things and collaborate with people from across all functions. Areas/roles such as project lead/project coordinator, ERP system owner/specialist, Process specialist working in support functions is where I find myself most suited. People often describe me as: thorough, helpful, responsible and resultdriven.
