Hi, I’m Anna Halfpenny, a C-suite marketer, brand builder, and big believer in bold ideas and even bolder entrepreneurs. For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping both global brands and local businesses bring their stories to life. From public to private sectors, across product, service and B2B, I’ve worked across industries with one core belief, great marketing makes brands feel human. I mentor and speak at The Forum, where I help female founders grow with confidence, and I advise early-stage companies through the ChaiTech Accelerator. I also run a brand and business academy, teaching entrepreneurs the marketing strategies that help turn great ideas into meaningful growth. I’ve walked the path myself, having launched 3 small brands from the ground up. That experience gives me an inside view of what small and mid-sized businesses truly need, not just flashy campaigns, but thoughtful strategy, smart execution, and a whole lot of heart. In 2018, I launched Ruby + Foster, a marketing firm that partners with founders, CEOs, and entrepreneurs. The name itself tells the story- Ruby represents that unique gem within each business, what makes you stand out- Foster is about nurturing that uniqueness through sustainable, strategic growth. At Ruby + Foster, I work as a modern-day Fractional CMO, guiding marketing efforts and helping businesses grow in ways that feel aligned, intentional, and real. In 2022, we expanded with a small business arm to provide tailored support to purpose-driven entrepreneurs and growing brands.
