About Anna Henderson

I have a bachelor's degree in Global Studies from the University of Gothenburg, where I learned about various social, political, and cultural issues affecting the world. I am also a certified food safety professional and a first responder, with skills in planning, cooking, and serving healthy and delicious meals for diverse groups of people. I have recently started my own company working as a cook at yoga retreats and courses, where I adapt the food to the various allergies present and source the ingredients from local and organic farmers and growers.In addition to cooking, I am also a sexual educator at RFSU, a Swedish non-profit organization that promotes sexual health and rights. I have been working with RFSU for over four years, planning, executing, and evaluating workshops for students aged 14-19 on topics such as sex, relationships, consent, and anatomy. I have also been a team supervisor for RFSU's campaign Dare to Care, which aims to raise awareness and prevent sexual violence and harassment. I enjoy engaging and empowering the youth of Skåne to talk more about and explore the multifaceted and exciting aspects of sexuality. I believe that sexuality education is a vital part of human development and well-being, and that it can foster respect, diversity, and inclusion in society.
