About Anna Hennebole

Half Italian, half German. I have moved around living in different cities and countries since I was a child. It is for this reason, that I’m an open person that can easily adapt to any situation with key interpersonal skills. When I moved to Milan 18 years ago, I discovered the world of advertising. I’ve been working at Leo Burnett Milan for the past 14 years, first as strategic planner for both Italian and International clients (incl. global strategic coordination), with also a deep experience as digital strategist on FCA at Leo Burnett Turin. From 2010 to 2018 I held the position of Head of the Business and Marketing Intelligence: unit specialized in analyzing trends, digital content & strategy, people behavior analysis/consumer insights and brand strategy. I've worked also as Marketing and Brand strategist for multinational companies cross sectors: from FMCG, fashion to luxury and design as well as for innovative start-up. And as Strategy & Creative Insights Officer for the advertising agency FCB Partners. I'm currently working as Global Brand Manager for Franke Home Solutions. I can therefore say that I have an in-depth knowledge of the entire communication journey, both from an agency and company point of view: from analysis, research to the development of an omnichannel creative strategy to support marketing and business of companies. I have a positive attitude to life, I’m curious and I define myself as “an eternal student”. At work, I’m a team player, I can lead and motivate my team, and I have great organizational skills. My motto is: “talent wins games but teamwork and intelligence wins championships”. I’m an analytical person with a creative approach. Passionate about digital, design, fashion, art and painting (Anny Hella is my artwork alias).
