Background

About Anna Herly

I have held several key positions as CEO, COO, Sales and business management, driving change management mainly in the Telecom Business but also in the public sector. My curiosity has resulted in experiences from many areas that have an impact on the business for example Customer Care, Service & Support, marketing and product development, process development and IT. I am highly focused on results, and believe that there are no shortcuts – all successful businesses are built on strong customer relations, creativity and hard work. I am a doer, but a thinking one. I spend time on planning and forming the vision, but I am well aware of that most of the major challenges lie in execution. I am positive and energetic, and I invite the customer and my team to join my vision. I bring experience from national as well as international business. I am open-minded and work with a “what-you-see-is-what-you-get”-attitude and accept no hidden agendas. I am result-oriented rather than competitive, which over the years have proven a successful method of gaining customers – and keeping them as well as attracting the best to work in my team.
