About Anna Herzyk

I am a passionate professional with over 7 years of experience within talent and people management, communication, branding and content management. After graduating in English studies in 2009 I had the fantastic opportunity to start my professional path in Credit Suisse where I spent 6 years in Business Communication and Design department holding various roles from Specialist, responsible for marketing materials and visual communication, to Sub-sector Head, leading teams, managing workload and talent pools, influencing strategy and supporting the business in Switzerland and globally. In 2016 I joined EY Knowledge Management Department where I was responsible for supporting managers globally and providing proper tools and content substantial to their work within Government and Public sector. In 2017, due to personal reasons, I moved near Geneva where I am looking for opportunities that will combine my previous experience with my interests in communication, branding, strategy and people management. Currently I am an active member and volunteer for IDCN (an organisation that helps to build professional network for expats in the Lake Geneva region. We are organising various events with our Corporate Members (CERN, Nestle, PMI, etc.)) and UPG as HR and Culture Manager.In addition to that I spent 6 months (short-term assignment) in IMD Business School in Information Center and Knowledge Management department where I was responsible for content sourcing and data-based research for IMD stakeholders.
