Building generational intelligence is no longer a nice-to-have — it’s essential for leadership, retention and engagement in a multigenerational workforce. As a leadership coach, facilitator, speaker and author, I support organisations to understand, appreciate and navigate generational differences — from values and drivers to communication styles and expectations. My work bridges the gap between traditional management approaches and the evolving needs of today's youngest talent. With over 15 years of experience working with Gen Z — from classrooms to corporate boardrooms — I’ve seen first-hand how generational misalignment can lead to disengagement, performance issues and costly turnover. My approach is grounded in research from organisational psychology, education and behavioural science — combining real-world insight with evidence-based strategies that work across sectors and cultures. My book, You Only Have To Ask – How to Realise the Full Potential of Gen Z at Work, introduces an eight-question framework designed to unlock motivation, performance and retention — not just for Gen Z, but across all generations.
