I’m a behavioural science strategist in marketing and communications, with an academic brain and an entrepreneurial pace - happiest working at the point where insight meets action.As Director of Behaviour Change Communications at MacMartin, I help organisations understand why people behave the way they do and what needs to shift for positive action to take place. I gather insights, challenge assumptions and translate behavioural science into communications that create real impact across health, social and environmental issues.I’m at my best when I can step back, look at the bigger picture and spot opportunities that may not be immediately obvious. I naturally bring momentum into my work, keeping things moving in the right direction without losing sight of the evidence that underpins it all.Alongside MacMartin, I co-own The Marketing and Leadership Academy (TMLA), where we support marketers through CIM-accredited qualifications and practical skills programmes. My work often focuses on tender writing, partnership development and helping to address skills gaps through initiatives like Digital Marketing Skills Bootcamps.
