I graduated from Anderson University (SC) in 2019 with a BS in Christian Studies, a field that reflects my passion for serving others and making a positive impact in the world. I am responsible for full-desk, full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to hiring, for temporary, temporary to hire, and direct hire positions. I have a clear knowledge of all client and account needs and expectations, and I use diverse resources to find and attract top talent personnel for various industries and roles. In my current role, I have successfully matched qualified candidates to the clients' specific job order requirements, ensuring client retention and satisfaction. I have also maintained a high level of communication and rapport with both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process, providing feedback, guidance, and support. I have contributed to the growth and development of the company by partnering with two branch managers, supporting two branch operations, processing payroll and invoices, and assisting account executives with sourcing, recruiting, evaluating, and referencing candidates.
