About Anna Ignatenko

I believe helping people to be healthy is a crucial and the most interesting thing in life. And nothing brings me as much joy as seeing the results of my job. Furthermore, I can easily find a common language with patients and colleagues. And I get inspired by the quote:"80 per cent of our problems are solved if you have a voice!" For almost 3 years I have been working in medicine and in particular in neurology. I have experience working with adult patients with chronic and acute conditions. Throughout my career, I have worked with both common conditions such as headaches, and extremely rare conditions such as Huntington's disease. I am most attracted to the field of neuroinfections and neuroimmunology since such diseases are very diverse and each case is completely different from the others. In addition, there are many effective treatment regimens for such diseases now, and I like to see the outcome of care.
