As a dedicated Geneticist and Molecular Biologist, my professional journey has been a fascinating exploration of the intricacies of life encoded in our DNA. I am currently leveraging my expertise as a Geneticist at Eligens in Riga, Latvia, where I am immersed in the cutting-edge field of genetic research. My commitment to scientific exploration and innovation was underscored during my role as a Researcher at the A.N. Severtsov Institute of Ecology and Evolution. My further experience includes eight years at Genotek, where I honed my skills in medical genetics, sequencing, microarray analysis, and molecular genetics. My educational journey laid the foundation for my career, with a Master of Science degree in Biology from MSU and additional training in Molecular Biology at The European Molecular Biology Laboratory. To complement my scientific background, I also acquired skills in Project Management through PM University. My professional skill set encompasses Whole Genome Sequencing, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Sequencing, Genome Sequencing, Microarray analysis, and extensive research experience.
