About Anna Jarmuth

A driven, creative, and curious professional with a passion for strategic planning, digital communication, and multilingualism, currently working as an Outreach Coordinator at the Swedish Institute for Security and Development Policy. As Outreach Coordinator I am tasked with various responsibilities including event organisation, press and communication endeavors, and social media management. Moreover, I oversee the successful implementation of both the Internship Programme and the Visiting Fellow Programme at the Institute. I worked as Executive Assistant and Project Manager for scholarship programmes within the German-Swedish business network. Organising meetings and appointments, connecting people, scheduling as well as internal and external communication (social media) were just some of my tasks. I started my career as Content Manager: I was responsible for content scheduling, content planning, website management, SEO, newsletter creation, social media channels, translations as well as analysing data. During my studies (Communication Science and Scandinavian Studies) I worked as student assistant, tutor, Swedish language teacher and intern in the fields of corporate communication, member relations and events.
