Hi, I'm Anna, the founder of Jester and creator of Lead Happy—a suite of training and development experiences in which leaders, teams, and organisations discover their potential and learn to thrive.Over the past 10 years, I've partnered with brilliant leaders across industries, helping them navigate challenges, find their authentic voice, and build thriving, high-performing teams. My own leadership journey began as a young, ambitious leader in a male-dominated industry. Like many, I felt the sting of imposter syndrome and struggled to balance the weight of leadership expectations with my unique style and strengths. That turning point led me to create Lead Happy, a movement focused on building brilliant leaders which is grounded in authenticity, connection and fun.
