Hello there! I'm a passionate and energetic Recovery Specialist with a background in Business Economics. I began my professional journey at DLL right after completing my Bachelor's degree in 2021. Within our Collection & Recovery department, I hold the title of Recovery Specialist. My daily responsibilities involve ensuring our end customers meet their payment obligations while strategizing to minimize our risk costs. It's a diverse role with varied tasks that involve interacting with both end customers and internal departments, contributing to our goals while ensuring customer satisfaction. I believe in effective communication and bring forth energy through my positive approach and ever-present smile. My drive to learn new things and gain diverse experiences has significantly influences my work ethic. This commitment is evident in my responsibilities, where I manage our inventory financing segment, contribute to drafting process documents, and actively participate in training new colleagues. My aspirations stretch beyond current achievements – my focus is on continual learning and development in my professional journey.
