About Anna Kandolin

I really enjoy working with people and building supportive, engaging workplaces. I believe that open communication, continuous learning and fresh perspectives are key to creating inclusive and inspiring work environments. I’ve built strong experience in trainee recruitment and collaboration with educational institutions. I also manage our digital learning environment and coordinate internal training programs. Recently, I stepped into a new and exciting role leading our internal sustainability group! I care deeply about equality, well-being, and creating a workplace where everyone feels safe to be themselves. I’ve been closely involved in developing our well-being program and organizing events that bring people together and strengthen our team spirit. My role also includes a variety of HR tasks from employee surveys to benefits administration - which has given me a broad view of people operations. My work is guided by values of openness, equality and reliability.
