About Anna Kankainen

I'm a business minded Master of Arts with passion for communication. As being somebody working in business development and sales I consider myself as a facilitator and the initiator in the process that brings customers together with the experts of my organization. This process creates greater value for both parties, i.e. happier customers and better sales for us. My key strengths include the proven ability to improve sales in both new and existing clients and finding the best solutions for their problems by bringing the best people together. Furthermore, I have no fear of taking up new challenges and tasks. My experience includes working in several different positions from a trainer to a sales manager in a small and medium sized, fast-paced companies providing services eg. HR services, accounting, payroll, ERP, consulting and management development. By utilizing my knowledge on content marketing, e-learning, translation & localization and language and soft skills coaching as well as a variety of CRM platforms (eg. Salesforce, Slack, Hubspot, Freshsales, SuperOffice, Severa,) combined with the relentless way of constructing my work I have been able to bring good results in all my positions.
