About Anna Kansell

20+ years of experience in leading strategic and operational communication work, both as a leader of high-profile projects and as a communication advisor. Accustomed to fast-paced and international environments with high-quality demands, such as SAS and Nordea, as well as running smaller companies in PR, media, and sales. In my leadership roles, I have primarily worked with overall responsibility, development, and communication. In the smaller companies I have led, this has included recruitment, sales, profit responsibility, and PR. What characterises me as a leader is my ability to see the bigger picture, and I view the process as equally important as the goal. My leadership style is communicative, inclusive, and present, with a drive for the common goal. This enables me to quickly build trust and bring others along, and I find it satisfying to coach and see how employees grow. With a strong business understanding and a drive to create employee engagement, combined with a goal-oriented and entrepreneurial approach, I build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
